Colleen Bowar has many years of experience in staffing, recruiting and managing consultants in the Madison marketplace.  Prior to consulting, she was involved in sales and marketing in the insurance industry.  Colleen is one of the Managing Director’s for Safe Bridge and is responsible for overseeing recruiting and providing staffing solutions for our clients.

As one of the founders of the company, she has enjoyed watching the company’s vision become a reality.  With goals of creating a company that focuses on employee and client satisfaction, she believes Safe Bridge has successfully achieved both.  She continues to strive to create a cohesive partnership environment; whereby, the employees feel like they have a long term future, rather than a temporary placement.

Over the years, Colleen has been involved in many community activities; including, the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, Accelerate Madison and the Madison Recruiters Network. 

As a native of Madison, she is an avid Badger sports fan.  She enjoys being active, travelling and spending time with her family.
