Colleen Bowar has many years of experience in recruiting and managing consultants in the Madison marketplace. Prior to consulting, she was involved in sales and marketing in the insurance industry. Colleen is the managing director responsible for recruiting, managing the consultants and staffing the needs of our clients.

As one of the founders of the company, she has enjoyed watching the company's vision develop into a reality. With goals of creating a company that focuses on employee and client satisfaction, she believes Safe Bridge has successfully achieved both. She continues to strive to create a cohesive partnership environment, where the employees feel like they have a long term future with Safe Bridge not just a person we placed on an assignment at a client site.

Over the years, Colleen has been involved in many community activities. She was very active with the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, acting as an Ambassador. In this capacity, she helped to coordinate the Mardi Gras Business Expo. She has also been actively involved in the Madison Recruiters Network (MRN).

Colleen is a native of Madison. She is married and has three daughters.
