Paula Holden has many years of experience in the IT industry in the areas of marketing, recruiting and management. For the past many years Paula has worked in the IT consulting industry, specifically in the Madison market. She holds her Master's Degree in Human Resources as well as the Professional in Human Resources designation.

Paula is a current and charter member of the Madison Recruiter's Network (MRN). In addition, she has held board positions for MRN and is involved with the Greater Madison Area Society for Human Resource Management. She is also actively involved in her children’s school functions as well as supports their extracurricular activities through coaching and volunteering.

Paula joined Safe Bridge in 2006 because of the great management team, the quality of the employees, and the commitment Safe Bridge makes to achieving both client and consultant satisfaction.
