Business Analysts serve as an essential bridge between the business units and technology teams. They study the overall business and information needs of an organization to develop appropriate strategies and solutions.  Projects vary and can involve the development and implementation of new information systems, enhancements to existing information systems, or identifying and maximizing opportunities to use information and technology to improve products, services, or business processes.

As a Business Analyst, you will elicit requirements using a variety of methods: interviews, requirements workshops, document analysis, surveys, or site visits.  You will also design and document workflow, critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into detailed documentation.  You will collaborate with project stakeholders, subject matter experts, vendors, technical resources, quality assurance analysts, and other BAs.

In short, Safe Bridge BAs ensure the right solutions get implemented.  They gain exposure to different industries, information systems, and business processes, resulting in continual learning and growth which keeps their work engaging.

Skills
-Ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs.
-Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into clear business and functional requirements
-Proven experience documenting requirements and delivering appropriate artifacts (business requirements documents, use cases, screen and interface designs, etc.)
-Proven ability to learn new concepts quickly and utilize various process methodologies.
