All Benefits begin on the first day of the month following the first day of employment.

Hourly Benefits

Group Life Insurance Coverage - Safe Bridge Solutions provides $50,000 of Life Insurance and AD&D coverage for all employees. Employees have the option to purchase additional coverage for themselves not to exceed 5 times their annual salary up to a maximum of $300,000. Employees also have the option to purchase additional coverage for spouse and children.

Short Term Disability Benefits - Safe Bridge Solutions covers 100% of the premium. Coverage for STD begins on the 8th day of disability and lasts up to 90 days at 60% of your weekly earnings up to a maximum of $1,000.00 per week. After 90 days Long Term Disability begins.

Long Term Disability Benefits - Safe Bridge Solutions covers 100% of the premium. Coverage for LTD begins on the 91st day to age 65 at 60% of monthly earnings up to a maximum of $8,000.00 per month.

Long Term Care Benefits - Employees have the option to purchase Long Term Care coverage for themselves and family members through an Employer sponsored plan.

Employee Assistance Program - Employee Connect is available 24x7 with support, guidance, and resources for employees and immediate household family members.

Flexible Spending Account - Employees can elect to deduct pre-taxed dollars from their paycheck to be used for out-of-pocket medical expenses and/or dependent care costs.

401(K) - Employees are eligible to participate in Safe Bridge Solutions’ 401K program through Pensions, Inc. Safe Bridge will match your contributions dollar per dollar for the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of your contribution with a maximum match of 4%. For example, if you contribute 5% to the 401K plan Safe Bridge Solutions will match 4%. Everyone is immediately 100% vested in the company match. For all other contributions that may be made (like profit sharing) it does take 5 years to become 100% vested at 20% a year.

Paid Overtime - Employees are paid for every hour they work.

Employee Referral Bonus - All employees that refer candidates to us qualify for a $1000 referral bonus. The bonus is paid after three consecutive months of continuous employment by both the employee and referred candidate.

Reimbursement for Certifications - Employees are eligible for reimbursement for approved certifications.


Salaried Benefits

Dean Health Plan (HMO) - Safe Bridge Solutions covers 80% of the premium for both employee and family.

Delta Dental Insurance - Safe Bridge Solutions covers 80% of the employee premium and 50% of the premium for spouses and/or dependants. Dental Insurance is a 2 year election.

Vacation - The amount of PTO that you accrue each month depends on your years of service completed as shown below. Your PTO hours will be added to your account each pay period (bi- monthly) at the rate below.

PTO includes vacation and sick leave. Employees have the option to bank any billable overtime hours worked into their PTO account instead of being paid out for overtime.

Paid Holidays per year - Employer compensates employee for the following holidays for time off with pay: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Paid Overtime - Employees are paid for every hour they work.
