Senior Human Resource Specialist
Lisa Hintz has many years of human resource administration and technical recruiting experience in the Madison market.

Lisa has been with Safe Bridge Solutions since 2005 and is responsible for human resource management and recruiting. She is currently a local and national member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and an active member of MRN (Madison Recruiter's Network).

Since Safe Bridge Solutions is a smaller company, they are able to stay in personal touch with all of their employees. As Lisa explains, "I can honestly say I have never worked for a company where the management team has such commitment to treating all of their employees and clients ethically and as individuals. They genuinely care about each employee and every client."

Lisa enjoys being actively involved in her children’s school functions, supporting their extracurricular activities through volunteering, and spending quality time with family.

Paula Holden

Relationship Manager
Paula Holden has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry in the areas of marketing, recruiting and management. For the past many years Paula has worked in the IT consulting industry, specifically in the Madison market. She holds her Master's Degree in Human Resources and has held the Professional in Human Resources designation.

Paula is a charter member of the Madison Recruiter's Network (MRN). In addition, she has held board positions for MRN and is involved with the Greater Madison Area Society for Human Resource Management. She is also actively involved in her children’s school functions as well as supports their extracurricular activities through coaching and volunteering.

Paula joined Safe Bridge in 2006 because of the great management team, the quality of the employees, and the commitment Safe Bridge makes to achieving both client and consultant satisfaction.

Jenae Lintvedt

Office Administrator
Jenae Lintvedt has several years of office administration and organization experience in the business and financial sector.

Jenae earned her Bachelor’s degree in General Business Administration and minor in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin - Stout in 2005.

Jenae started her career in Eau Claire and has been working in the Madison area since moving here with her husband, Matt, in 2008. She enjoys being actively involved her community and participating in local events including the Crazy Legs Classic and Farmer’s Market on the Capitol Square. She also enjoys sampling the many restaurants Madison has to offer.

Jenae joined Safe Bridge Solutions in March of 2013 because of the friendly, fun, and highly qualified office team, the flexible environment, and the commitment Safe Bridge has to providing balance between work and life experiences.
