Gary Reitz

Managing Partner
Gary Reitz has many years of business and Information Technology consulting experience as well as many years working in insurance and serving companies in numerous industries in the Madison area. Gary is responsible for Safe Bridge's sales and marketing functions and enjoys spending his work hours connecting with clients and the Safe Bridge consulting team.

Staying true to the company vision established in 2004, Gary says, "I'm very proud of the team of professionals we have at Safe Bridge. Each person in our organization is a liaison to our clients and the community. We have a great team of intelligent, articulate, organized, and professional employees. The thing I like best about our team is that our people are smart, respectful of others, humble, and fun to work with. Gary has been very active with the United Way of Dane County for over 30 years. He is married and has one daughter. Gary enjoys spending time in northern Wisconsin, reading about history, listening to music, and is an avid Green Bay Packers and UW Badger Basketball fan.

Tammy Adler

Technology Strategy/Business Development Manager
Tammy has over 20 years of information technology experience in the areas of business development, management, project management, and software development. Throughout her career she has managed or been responsible for medium to large information technology projects, business development, operations, and strategic planning.

Tammy joined Safe Bridge as their Technology Strategy and Business Development Manager, on May 1, 2010, when Safe Bridge purchased QWANtify, a business and information technology consulting company. Prior to owning her own business, Tammy was Director of Business Development for another local consulting company where she successfully increased the company's client-base by 800%, and employees by 1200%. Early in her career Tammy worked for Wisconsin Power and Light (WP&L) where she held several positions within information technology. While at WP&L, she led many technical initiatives, co-authored their IT strategic plan, was a member of their Alliant Energy IT Merger Team, was responsible for bringing in a nationally-known project manager to begin WP&L's Office of Project Management, and chaired the company-wide United Way campaign for two years.

Tammy is a Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital and Clinics board member, serves on MATC's Information Technology Advisory Board, serves on UW-Whitewater's Management Computer Systems Advisory Board, serves on Upper Iowa University's Madison campus Advisory Board, is a member of TEMPO, and serves on the YWCA Circle of Women Committee.

Tammy and her husband live in Mazomanie. They have a grown son and two granddaughters. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, flower gardening, sports, reading, and spending time at her northern Wisconsin home.

Wayne Peterson

Account Executive
Wayne, member of the Sales and Marketing team, has over 20 years of Information Technology management experience in the Madison area gained in large insurance, energy, manufacturing and retail firms. Following his graduation from college with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, he spent his early career years as a technologist in Application Development and Database Management. Wayne has had extensive vendor relationship experiences including interactions with Safe Bridge Solution founders, Dan, Colleen and Gary, and understands the importance of treating customers with respect and honesty. "Having put a very high value on both my employees and my customers during my IT management career, Safe Bridge was clearly the most desirable consulting firm in the Madison area to leverage my interpersonal and relationship building skills. Safe Bridge truly conducts business with a philosophy that embraces the satisfaction of both their customers and their employees."

Wayne coached Special Olympic athletes at the Madison East YMCA for 11 years serving as head track and field coach. He and his wife are very involved in the academic, music and athletic support needs of their daughter and son. When Wayne is not involved in his children’s development needs, he enjoys golf, jogging and fishing at the family cabin in upper Michigan, cooking and various home improvement projects. He is a very enthusiastic Badger Football, Basketball and Hockey fan.
