Gary Reitz

Managing Partner
Gary Reitz has many years of business and Information Technology consulting experience as well as many years working in insurance and serving companies in numerous industries in the Madison area. Gary is responsible for Safe Bridge's sales and marketing functions and enjoys spending his work hours connecting with clients and the Safe Bridge consulting team.

Staying true to the company vision established in 2004, Gary says, "I'm very proud of the team of professionals we have at Safe Bridge. Each person in our organization is a liaison to our clients and the community. We have a great team of intelligent, articulate, organized, and professional employees. Gary has been very active with the United Way of Dane County for over 30 years. He is married and has one daughter. Gary enjoys spending time in northern Wisconsin, reading about history, listening to music, and is an avid Green Bay Packers and UW Badger Basketball fan.

Wayne Peterson

Account Executive
Wayne, member of the Sales and Marketing team, has over 20 years of Information Technology management experience in the Madison area gained in large insurance, energy, manufacturing and retail firms. Following his graduation from college with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, he spent his early career years as a technologist in Application Development and Database Management. Wayne has had extensive vendor relationship experiences including interactions with Safe Bridge Solution founders, Dan, Colleen and Gary, and understands the importance of treating customers with respect and honesty. "Having put a very high value on both my employees and my customers during my IT management career, Safe Bridge was clearly the most desirable consulting firm in the Madison area to leverage my interpersonal and relationship building skills. Safe Bridge truly conducts business with a philosophy that embraces the satisfaction of both their customers and their employees."

Wayne coached Special Olympic athletes at the Madison East YMCA for 11 years serving as head track and field coach. He and his wife are very involved in the academic, music and athletic support needs of their daughter and son. When Wayne is not involved in his children’s development needs, he enjoys golf, jogging and fishing at the family cabin in upper Michigan, cooking and various home improvement projects. He is a very enthusiastic Badger Football, Basketball and Hockey fan.

Christie Lietz

Senior Business Development Executive
Christie has 12 years of project delivery and human resources experience in the areas of strategic planning, package selection, management consulting, program and project management and business analysis including process redesign, job and role mapping and change management; and has been PMP certified since 2007.  She has worked both as a consultant of Safe Bridge and a client of Safe Bridge over the years and understands the relationship required to be successful when partnering to find good staff to meet project and organizational needs.

Christie joined Safe Bridge as their Senior Business Development Executive, on April 22, 2012.  Christie believes in the quality of Safe Bridge Solutions' consultants and thus it was an obvious decision to join the team in a leadership role to help provide quality candidates with quality roles and employers with talent to deliver on business objectives and needs.

Prior to joining Safe Bridge, Christie was the Director of Human Resources for Dean Health Plan in addition to co-leading their efforts to implement all PMO processes, templates, governance and more. Earlier in her career Christie worked for Cuna Mutual Group where she held several positions within program and project management as well as business analysis and process design. While at Cuna Mutual Group, she was a finalist for the Values in Practice Award for demonstrating "Passion" and taking "smart risks"; she led many technical initiatives as well as implemented several human resources improvement strategies.  Christie's work prior to Cuna Mutual includes a variety of consulting roles including Deloitte Consulting initiatives in the retail and manufacturing industries, international Telecom software consulting and consultation to Colorado's Medicaid program. Throughout her career she has been heavily involved in hiring and mentoring of employees, primarily focused in project planning and delivery.

Christie and her husband recently relocated to a Mazomanie where they are new Hop Growers focused on growing their farm and hop-yard in the coming years.  This is a new and big business adventure for her family and in her spare time she enjoys working with her husband on the hop production and prairie restoration, most any outdoor activity or sport, painting and reading.
