Sally Spicer

Sally has over 25 years in the Information Technology industry and has spent most of her career in IT consulting. She has worked in consulting, recruiting, delivery management, and resource management roles. She started her career in Colorado, and has been working in the Milwaukee and Madison IT markets since 1990.

Sally presents for actively participates in several information technology networking and management organizations. In her "free" time, Sally enjoys snow skiing, golf, water skiing, and enjoying her family’s northern Wisconsin cottage. She spends a lot of time with her three young-adult sons.

Sally joined Safe Bridge in early 2007 because of the way the management team treats their employees. Sally started her career (a while back!) as a consultant and she understands the support and respect that these professionals deserve. Safe Bridge’s philosophy and management style provides that level of support and respect.

Jenny Xistris

Jennifer, a Madison native, joined Safe Bridge in 2013 as a recruiter and is "thrilled to be working with such a dynamic and passionate team"! Jennifer has professional experience in the legal world (Intellectual Property with a focus on the Life Sciences – Senior Paralegal/Operations Manager) and Health Care Office Management & Administration (Philips Medical Systems Radiation Oncology – Senior Executive Assistant/ Operations Manager) with an emphasis on human resources, employee relations, recruiting, personnel development, and team building. Over the years Jennifer has developed a keen eye for how businesses get bloated with inefficiencies, cross-purposes and miscommunication — and how they can retool for a sleeker, smoother, strategically focused organization.

Outside the office Jennifer prefers to spend quality time with her 2 children playing in the great outdoors and supporting their varied activities. Jennifer's children are truly her inspiration and magnum opus! Always an avid outdoors woman, Jennifer in her previous life was a wilderness and backcountry canoe guide in the Boundary Waters of northern Minnesota, teaching wilderness canoeing, camping, wilderness medicine and leadership skills. "I am always looking forward to my next trip into the Northwood's!"

Samantha Michalski

Samantha recently joined the Safe Bridge team after learning what a great company it is to work for, with focus on work/life balance and the quality of their team and consultants.

Samantha has recruiting experience in multiple industries, locally. Samantha attended the University of Whitewater for Human Resource Management, and upon graduating dove into recruiting. Samantha was born and raised in the Madison area.

Samantha continues her education through SHRM and informational seminars on Recruiting and Networking. In her free time Samantha enjoys time with family and friends, heading up north to the cabin and working on projects around the house.
