Eileen has 15 years of technical recruiting experience both in Madison and Boulder, Colorado. Prior to her recruiting career, Eileen had a sales and marketing background. Eileen has been working with Safe Bridge Solutions since the company was established in 2004. She enjoys their direct and flexible approach with both employees and consultants.

Eileen is an active networker in the Madison business community. She's involved in Middleton Chamber, MRN (Madison Recruiter's Network), and MABC (Madison Area Business Consultants). Eileen enjoys playing a variety of sports including Platform tennis, kayaking and cycling.

Jon Neumann

Recruiter
Jon has been a recruiter for over four years at the national and international levels. His experience spans recruiting for technical, non-technical, and niche roles.

What attracted Jon to Safe Bridge in 2011 was the friendly and professional staff who excel in their roles and have fun and balance while doing so. "After speaking and meeting with several Safe Bridge employees, it became apparent to me that Safe Bridge staff truly embody the core values of this company. During his free time, Jon enjoys competing in triathlons and road races, playing tennis, and attending various music and arts events in Madison. He volunteers and serves on the Board of Directors at OutReach as well as the Alumni Advisory Board at his alma mater, Claremont McKenna College.

Sally Spicer

Recruiter
Sally has over 25 years in the Information Technology industry and has spent most of her career in IT consulting. She has worked in consulting, recruiting, delivery management, and resource management roles. She started her career in Colorado, and has been working in the Milwaukee and Madison IT markets since 1990.

Sally presents for actively participates in several information technology networking and management organizations. In her "free" time, Sally enjoys snow skiing, golf, water skiing, and enjoying her family’s northern Wisconsin cottage. She spends a lot of time with her three young-adult sons.

Sally joined Safe Bridge in early 2007 because of the way the management team treats their employees. Sally started her career (a while back!) as a consultant and she understands the support and respect that these professionals deserve. Safe Bridge’s philosophy and management style provides that level of support and respect.

Katie Zick

Recruiter
Katie has four years of experience in the Information Technology and Healthcare industries. She has worked in both project manager and business analyst roles and understands the demands of the field and needs of consultants.

Katie is a native of Madison and graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. She enjoys being outside and enjoying the variety of weather conditions in Madison by participating in activities such as snow skiing, running, hiking and boating.  Katie loves to be out and about with her husband and dog enjoying everything Madison has to offer.

Katie joined Safe Bridge in 2012 and was attracted to the company because of the way both employees and clients are treated. She also loves working for a company that understands the importance of family.
